DTC Embassy Villa is laid out as a single, self-contained villa neighbourhood rather than a collection of standalone plots — one of the few genuinely independent villas in Kolkata built at this scale, on Rajarhat Main Road. Most of what gets listed as flats in Rajarhat is exactly that: a flat, with a shared lobby and a shared wall. Embassy Villas is a different category — 153 full-height homes, each with its own gate, its own parking bay and its own plot.
